Atiku demands justice for dead Dowen student

Former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar has demanded justice for Sylvester Oromoni, 12-year-old Secondary School student, who was allegedly assaulted at Dowen College Lagos State.

Sylvester died from internal injuries he sustained after an assault by fellow students.

But the school Principal, Mrs. Adebisi Layiwola, in a statement denied any form of bullying or attack on the student.

The denial sparked outrage on social media as Nigerians demanded that the perpetrators be arrested.

This led the Lagos State government to shut down the school and ordered an investigation into the incident.
