Truly, education is the bedrock of national development and progress. In Nigeria today, we have over 13 million children who are out of school.

On the 19th of February, 2020, the Federal Polytechnic Ede had its Orientation Week program and the Drummer of Peace was invited to perform a song and lecture the newly admitted students about indecent dressing on campus.

Prince Adewale Laoye together with his live band performed his hit single “Ki lo wo”. With demonstrations and acting on stage, he was able to impact the students about the need to dress decently and properly.

He went further to admonish them to be of good behavior and face their studies religiously.

He implored the students to adhere strictly to the rules, regulations and most importantly the motto of the school – Knowledge, Skill & Character.
